The program page

Your public affiliate page at /affiliates/ explains the program and holds the application form; edit it, unpublish it, or put its parts on other pages.

The setup publishes a program page at /affiliates/, in your site's design. It's where people learn about your program and apply.

The program page

What's on the page

  • A headline with your commission, for example "Recommend us. Earn 10% of each sale." It always matches your settings: change the commission and the page follows.
  • Apply now (1), which jumps to the form, and Already an affiliate? Sign in (2), which opens the affiliate sign-in at /affiliate/sign-in/.
  • How it works (apply, share your link, get paid, with your minimum payout).
  • What you earn: the commission, how many days a click is remembered and the affiliate dashboard.
  • Questions: who can join, when they're paid, the cost (none) and refunds.
  • Apply to join: the application form.

The application form

Applicants fill in Your name, Email and Choose a password (they'll use it to sign in), and if they like, Phone, Country, Your website or social media profile and How will you promote us?. They choose How would you like to be paid?, can open Read the program terms, tick I agree to the program terms and tap Apply now.

The application form on a phone

After applying they see "Thanks! Check your email and click the link to confirm your address. Then we'll review your application." Once they confirm, you get an email New affiliate application: … and the application waits for you in Affiliates → Affiliates (see Applications and adding affiliates).

After applying

If something is missing, the form says so and keeps what they typed, for example "Please agree to the program terms." Too many applications from one connection are refused, to stop spam.

Edit or unpublish the page

Go to Affiliates → Settings. The Program page card shows whether the page is live.

  • Edit the page opens it in the editor. Change the text and add or remove sections like any page.
  • Make it a draft takes the page offline. Publish the program page puts it back.

Put program parts on other pages

The Affiliates group in Design → Shortcodes & Embeds has five shortcodes that stay up to date:

Shortcode What it shows
Affiliate application form The form to join
Affiliate commission Your current commission, for example "10% of each sale"
Affiliate sign-in button A button to the affiliate sign-in
Affiliate program terms The terms from your settings
Top affiliates This month's top affiliates (first names only), when the leaderboard is on in Settings

For example, add the commission and the application form to your "Partners" page for real estate agents.
