Surveys
Ask your team a few short questions, anonymously or with names, remind those who haven't answered, and see the results.
A survey asks your team a few short questions, for example "How happy are you at work?". Choose Anonymous for honest answers: names aren't saved, and results show only once at least 3 people answered.
Go to Team → More → Surveys (Team managers and Administrators).

Answering

- Remind those who haven't answered (1) emails only the people who haven't answered yet.
- Close (2) stops answers. A survey also closes by itself after its Closes on date.
- Open it again reopens a closed named survey.
- Download Excel or CSV.
How anonymous surveys protect people
- Answers are saved without the person or the time. Team keeps only who has answered, for reminders.
- Results show only once at least 3 people answered. While the survey is open, they grow in groups of 3, so nobody can be recognized by comparing results.
- Breakdowns by department or location show only after it's closed, and only for groups of 3 or more.
- Written answers are shown in a random order, and downloads have no names.
- A closed anonymous survey can't be opened again.
For a named survey, results and downloads include each person's answers.
