Add case studies
Show your best jobs as case studies, each with a card on your Case Studies page.
A case study tells the story of one job: what the customer needed, what you did and how it turned out. Each case study is its own page, and a card for it appears on your Case Studies page.
Add a case study
- Go to Content → Case Studies and click Add New.
- Type the title (1), for example "Hail Damage Roof Replacement in Highlands Ranch".
- Choose a starting layout. For your first case study, Content page is a good start. For the next ones, choose Copy an existing page (2) and pick your latest case study in the list, so all case studies look the same.
- Click Create Draft (3).
The draft opens in the page editor. Click any text on the page to replace it with your own story, and use + Add section for more blocks. (The page editor is explained in the Pages section of this help.)
Fill in the case study card
Under the page, the Case study card box decides how the case study looks on your Case Studies page.
- Card title (1): a short headline with the result, for example "Highlands Ranch: a full roof replaced in 2 days after hail".
- Industry tag (2): a word or two shown above the title, for example "Storm damage".
- Years (3): when the work happened, for example "2025" or "2024 to 2025".
- Card summary (4): two sentences about the job.
- Card image (optional) (5): click Set image and choose a picture. It's also used when the page is shared on social media, unless you set another one.
- Click Publish.
To take the picture off a card, click Remove image and update.
The Case Studies page
Your case study cards are shown wherever you add the Case study cards (automatic) section. Add it to a page once, for example a page called "Case Studies" at /case-studies/:
- Open the page and click + Add section.
- Choose Case study cards (automatic) (in the Automatic group).
- Update the page.
From then on, every published case study appears there by itself. Drafts don't show.
The Case Studies list
Content → Case Studies lists all case studies with their address, SEO score and date. It works like the Pages list: search, the All, Published, Drafts and Trash views, row links such as Edit with PageShift and Duplicate, and Bulk actions.
