Sales reports and exports
See sales, discounts, tax, shipping, refunds and net income for any period, and download your orders and items as CSV files.
Store → Store → Reports shows what your store earned in a period. It counts paid orders by the date they were paid. Administrators see it; for other roles, tick Store reports (sales, revenue, CSV) in System → Roles.
Choose the period
- Choose a Period (1): Last 30 days, This month, Last month, This year or Custom dates.
- For Custom dates, pick the From and To dates.
- Click Show.
The line under it repeats the dates. If some orders are still awaiting payment, it says how many (they're not included), with a link to them.
The numbers
| Tile | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Orders | Paid, fulfilled and refunded orders in the period |
| Sales (before discounts) | What the products cost before coupons |
| Discounts | What coupons took off |
| Shipping and Tax collected | What customers paid for shipping and tax |
| Total collected | What customers paid in all |
| Refunds | What you refunded |
| Net | Total collected minus refunds |
| Average order | Total collected divided by orders |
Below the tiles, Net sales per day shows a chart, and four tables break the period down:
- By product and plan: how many of each product and option were sold, and for how much;
- By payment method: orders and net per method;
- By coupon: how many orders used each coupon and the discount given;
- By country: orders and net per country.
Export to a spreadsheet
- Export orders (CSV) (2) downloads one row per order: order and invoice number, dates, status, customer, country, payment method, coupon, subtotal, discount, shipping, tax, total, refunded, net, currency and transaction number.
- Export items (CSV) (3) downloads one row per product sold: order, paid date, product, option, type, billing, quantity, unit price and line total.
Both open in Excel or Google Sheets, and they cover the period you chose. Send them to your accountant at the end of the month.
