Your Me pages, in the admin and on the website
What team members see on their own Me pages, and how to turn on the phone-friendly Me page on your website.
Everyone who's in Team and signs in has their own Me pages: their profile, time off, tasks, documents, goals, payment records, hours and surveys. Team members see these and the directory, and nothing else in the admin.
Me in the admin
Go to Team → Me (it's where Team opens for Team members).
At the top, boxes say when something is waiting: a document to read, a survey, an announcement. The links open each page:
| Page | What's there |
|---|---|
| My profile | Job title, manager, start date, work email. See and change my details opens your personal details, emergency contacts, birthday and photo. |
| My time off | Your balances, Request time off, your requests (cancel one before it starts) and Who's out |
| My tasks | Your checklist tasks: tick Mark done when done |
| My documents | Company documents to read (click I have read and understood this document) and your own documents |
| My goals | Your goals, one-on-ones and reviews shared with you |
| My payment records | Your payment records, with Download PDF (when your business allows it) |
| My hours | Log your hours (when the hours log is on) |
| Surveys | Surveys waiting for you |
Your Dashboard also shows My tasks, My time off, Who's out, Celebrations and Announcements.
The Me page on your website
Many team members only use a phone. The website Me page shows the same things in your website's design, made for phones, at an address like yourbusiness.com/me/.
Turn it on
- Go to Team → Settings → Website Me page (Administrators).
- Tick Turn on the Me page on your website (1).
- Check the Address (2),
/me/by default. - Click Save Changes.
When it's on, emails to team members (time off decisions, tasks, documents) link to it instead of the admin. Tell your team the address, or add it to a menu.
Open the Me page address and tap Sign in.
Your team page Sign in with your usual username and password (and your two-factor code if it's on).
You're back on your Me page.
The Me page keeps you signed in until you tap Sign out, or after 8 hours without using it. Changing your password or having your sign-in turned off also signs you out.
What's on it
The tabs are Home, Time off, Tasks, Documents, Payment records (when allowed), Hours (when the hours log is on), Surveys and My details.
- Time off: balances and Request time off, with Afternoon only on the first day and Morning only on the last day for half days.
- Documents: read and confirm company documents; open your own.
- Payment records: each payment, with Download PDF.
- Hours: log your hours for the week.
- My details: your personal details, birthday (and whether to show it to the team) and emergency contacts. Tap Save my details.
Everything saved on the website shows in the admin straight away, and the other way round.
